Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions by New Luxury Projects (NLP)

  1. All projects undertaken by NLP are supervised and managed by our in-house Project Managers, included in the quoted price.

  2. Necessary approvals will be secured through relevant regulatory bodies by NLP.

  3. Professional fees for drawings and submissions are covered in our quotation, unless otherwise specified.

  4. Charges incurred for approvals by regulatory authorities are not included in our quotation and are the client's responsibility to settle directly.

  5. Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be considered extra and will be quoted separately with distinct payment terms.

  6. Any additional work may impact the project timeline and potentially lead to delays in completion.

  7. Project timelines provided do not account for approval acquisition time.

  8. On-site access to Dewa connections, water, and electricity is necessary for NLP to carry out work effectively.

  9. Products supplied by  will be delivered within specified timeframes.

  10. Products required for the project, supplied by the client, are the client's responsibility, and any delays in their procurement will affect project completion.

  11. Any 3rd party contractors engaged by the client are the client's responsibility, and their work hindering progress will cause project delays unless otherwise agreed.

  12. Agreed payment terms are crucial for project progression; any delays in fund transfers will impede progress and completion.

  13. Client must provide all approval documents in full. Discrepancies or necessary updates will delay project commencement and completion.

  14. The final 10% balance is due upon project completion. A joint inspection with the Project Manager and the Client will be conducted to create a snag list, and the final payment is to be made on the completion day.

  15. Site access until final completion is expected. Delays or denials of site access by the client may result in due stage payments or final balances.

  16. Upon request, NLP will provide valid trade licenses, Emirates IDs, and insurance policies for all contractors.

  17. NLP, a British-owned consultancy firm, provides renovation advice and project management services for villa and apartment modifications. All renovation work is conducted by our trusted partners and supervised by NLP. Property damage or injuries on-site are the responsibility of the main contractor and their insurance policy.
